Scope
This policy describes cookies and similar technologies used on The Openers. It does not identify any company that has not been officially declared.
The data controller is the publisher identified in the Legal Notice.
Strictly necessary
These are used to maintain sessions, protect forms, remember language and store your consent choice. Payment interfaces may also use Stripe mechanisms required for security and fraud prevention.
They are not used for audience measurement or advertising profiles. Blocking them in your browser may prevent the service from working.
PostHog audience measurement
Only after your consent, we send viewed pages and explicit functional events associated with a pseudonymous internal identifier to PostHog's European instance. Autocapture, session recording, named profiles and automatic exception capture are disabled.
Audience measurement remains disabled until the European region and a compliant maximum retention period are configured.
A free and reversible choice
“Accept all” and “Reject all” are presented at the same level. No analytics tracker is loaded before a positive action from you.
You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal stops new collection, resets the local analytics identifier and is recorded for signed-in accounts.
Data and recipients
For audience measurement: pseudonymous internal user identifier, page path, functional event and minimal technical context. PostHog is the technical recipient through its European infrastructure.
The consent choice is stored locally for no more than twelve months unless changed sooner. Data required for the service follows retention periods tied to its purpose and applicable legal duties.
No advertising or marketing tracker is currently enabled. A new purpose would require updated information and separate consent before activation.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data and lodge a complaint with the competent authority. Use the official contact details in the Legal Notice.
See the Privacy Policy for other data processing.
